This app is awesome its like the FitBit app but better it has lots of things the FitBit app doesnt have

Need to update app! Clock does not change from 24 hours to 12 hours on the nuband

The app shows promise but needs the resolution/UI to be optimized for the larger screens of the 6+ and 6S+ as well as the inclusion of swipe right from the left edge to go back. Furthermore, there needs to be an option for imperial when you first make a profile (I know you can change it under settings later)

App is in "Hello World" Status...

I just bought a nuband active + and the app will not sync. This is really frustrating and I would appreciate if this was fixed as soon as possible.

Would be a useful app (and essentially the product) if it would actually sync to the nuband once in a while..

I have spent 120 dollars in the device but the app does not seen to work.

I got the device as a gift and it wont sync to my iPod. My grandpa also got one but he had no problem syncing it with his samsung galaxy. I am getting a little irritated by this.

Keeps telling me right after I synchronize them that its disconnected and Ive tried redownloading and re starting everything you should make this product work for iPhone 6 even tho on the box it says it is

Doesnt work. Wont connect or sync. Says it has timed out every time. What a waste.

This app is awful. My NuBand wont connect no matter what I do. Obviously the company doesnt even bother trying to fix it since so many people are still having problems with it. I dont recommend buying anything from this company.

I have a $100 watch or a free app that doesnt work! What a rip; wont sync! Dont buy if you have iPhone.

Did have a problem Syncing. I was able to sync by holding the iPhone 5 next to the NuBand and then pressing the button on the side of the Nuband. It sync when it has transferred the data it disconnects then view the information on your phone. I am amazed that it has tracked my sleep so well. I had a the Fitbit last year and returned it after 5 days because it didn’t track my sleep and it stop working. The Fitbit wouldn’t charge and before that I could get it to sync and the web site didn’t help. So far I am very happy with the Nuband.

I can’t set the time which is now wrong. I can’t track sleep. It keeps saying it has times out instantly. I gave 3 as gifts. I am thinking this was a horrible mistake! What a waste of time and money.
